necessary and is very labor intensive if it is done properly. We do
not use acid to strip Mexican tile or terracotta as many other
companies do. This will change the color and damage the surface
of your floor.
Most of the time a professional cleaning of Mexican tile, sealing
and polishing of Mexican tile is all that is necessary to give your
terracotta floor a great appearance.
If Mexican tile stripping is absolutely necessary, we use products
that are safe for the stone and strip each tile and grout line by
hand. Then we re-seal and polish the Mexican tile or terracotta
floor with a minimum of 5 coats of a low shine or high shine wet
look finish. Exterior tile a low shine polyurethane or a penetrating
sealer is used due to slippery conditions and can only be done in
dry weather conditions.

terracotta tile, we will provide the service that is right for you.
